The 4-22-1-2 Coquitlam Express make their first and only regular season visit to Kal Tire Place, are coming off a 6-2 victory Sunday over the visiting Victoria Grizzlies. The Express come into tonight having yet to win on the road. Coquitlam is 0-15-0-1 away from home. Coquitlam has just one win in Vernon since the 2003-04 regular season. The Express last win in Vernon was a 4-3 overtime victory on September 18th 2015. These two teams will meet again January 21st in Coquitlam. The Express picked up their first win in sixteen games with a win over Victoria Sunday. Prior to Sundays victory, Coquitlam's last win was a 2-1 win over the visiting Langley Rivermen October 13th. Jason Fortier is the Express new Head Coach-GM after Barry Wolff was recently let go November 27th.
