Former Vernon Viper tryout forward, Jesse Halikas (91) has been traded back to the BCHL as the AJHL Brooks Bandits traded Halikas to the BCHL Coquitlam Express for the CHA rights of Lane Menage.Halikas who was released by the Vernon Vipers late last year in training camp, landed in Alberni Valley and made the Bulldogs roster, before being traded to the AJHL Lloydminster Bobcats on December 1st 2009. Halikas who is from Derby, Vermont was being scouted by the Vipers the last two seasons. This was the second straight year Halikas was cut by Vernon.
