After hearing about Justin Bournes article he wrote on homophobia in hockey. I took the time to read his story and found out Justin has his own blog. I added Justin's blog to the list of other Junior Hockey Blogs I have posted on my own blog.Justin Bourne is a hockey player turned writer. After playing two seasons with the BCHL's Vernon Vipers (2001-2 & 2002-03) Justin played for Alaska Anchorage in the WCHA (NCAA), & carried on with a NHL tryout (New York Islanders in 2007) before spending a couple seasons in the AHL/ECHL. Justin's father, Bob Bourne, won four Stanley Cups with the Islanders in the '80's, as did his fiance's dad, Clark Gillies. Justin is now a columnist for USA Today and The Hockey News.
