I thought Galnor looked good in a handful of games but overall wasn't noticeble or didn't stand out in most games. Why is he no longer on the roster? Did he leave because the Vipers aren't good this season and near the bottom of the standings? Or did he find a different league/team where he thought he had a better opportunity to have for the remainder of the season?

This year has been a complete disaster. The Vipers are terrible and the amount of players coming and going this year is not only frustrating but annoying not only for the Vipers but as a fan. It's hard to follow the team this year with players always coming and going, new players in the lineup what seems like every weekend. You just get to know a new players # and he looks good and then he's gone. In all my years following/watching Junior hockey in Vernon, I have never seen so many roster changes ever. Is this just one of those seasons where players are coming and going or is this the future of Junior hockey? Can the BCHL put a stop to this? I sure hope this isn't the new normal and we see this happen next season and the following season and so on.

Part of it is the new ncaa rules which imo was incredibly unfair to the players who chose Jr a instead of major junior and are now being penalized for playing in a "lesser" league. It's not just the Vipers, it's all the Bchl teams. I think the reason why it seems to be worse for the Vipers is very poor management and coaching.

Wrong.

Absolutely the ncaa rule has affected the vipers and the entire BCHL it will be interesting to see what can be done about this because it’s hard to keep a hockey clubs together.
The Vernon Vipers however have much bigger problems. No team is going through what they are . It starts with the owners , and the trickle down effect through management , recruiting and most definitely the below par coaching . But the numbers in the seats have not changed so it’s not affecting the owner . Could be some more very difficult junior hockey years ahead in Vernon .

The team is being run like a used car lot. And while the name Velcros is no longer as funny as it was, it still describes the team.

And defines how classless the fan base has become

Wow, "classless fan base". You sir or madam are either NOT a true hockey fan or maybe you are a candidate for "SAINTHOOD". It is normal human nature to be disappointed and frustrated with what we are witnessing. The Vernon Vipers were once the class of the BCHL and Junior hockey in Canada. This organization was very focused on treating these young men with respect and preparing them for the next chapter in their hockey journey. We are certainly not seeing that commitment to the players now. It is simply not acceptable!!! Yes, there have been huge changes in the hockey landscape but good coaching and good ownership could minimize those effects.
