Cunningham had good numbers playing with Northern Alberta Prep & Northern Alberta Xtreme Prep but his numbers the past three seasons in Junior hockey aren't very good. Other then last season with the Battlefords North Stars, Cunningham had a record below 500 with a high GAA. The Vipers will be Cunningham's sixth team in the last three years. The past three seasons Cunningham is 23-31 with five different teams.
