To be clear, the Hucul Pond Arena is the other rink at the Rogers Rink(formerly called Shaw Centre)

This game will not be shown on Flohockey.

On another subject, in the Trail at Salmon Arm pre-season game Sunday there were a couple of fights. The new league rule is 5 minutes for fighting and a 10 minute misconduct, not a game misconduct. Fifteen minutes of shame and back into the game.

I am happy about the new rule regards fighting as it makes more sense.

During the Sunday game they announced that because the Tuesday game was being moved to the Hucul arena there would be no telecast. I'll look for it at game time, but don't hold much hope.

So in the Wednesday September 11 game between Alberni and Nanaimo there was a fight and the two players got 5 for fighting plus a game misconduct. In one contest it's a game misconduct and in the other it's just a misconduct. Go figure.
