Before training camp even started it looked like the Vipers roster was already picked. The Vipers had twelve players returning from last season, eight players committed for the 2024-25 season and eight players they had either signed or acquired in trades over the summer. Funny how quick things can change. Not even a month later and gone are two committed players, two players returning from last season and three players they signed over the off season.
I guess when you start the 2024-25 regular season 0-3 and your coach isn't happy with the way the team has been playing, changes are going to come.
I was a little surprised to see Carter Streek gone after three games into the season. Streek scored twice in a preseason win over Trail. I was expecting Streek a veteran 20 year old to put up some decent numbers this season.
With Streek gone and the Vipers down to 24 players, do the Vipers have another player on the way? It's early but the Snakes can't score and don't have a proven goal scorer.
