The Vipers went 4-2-0-1 vs West Kelowna last season. The Vipers are 6-3-0-1 in their last ten games vs West Kelowna. Vernon is coming off a 5-3 win in Merritt Saturday, have won three straight for the first time this season. The Vipers sit 3rd in the Interior Division are one point up on West Kelowna, one point back of Salmon Arm and nine points back of Division leading Penticton. Tonight is the first of a four game home stand, where the Vipers have won five of eight home games this year.

The West Kelowna Warriors make their first of three visits to Kal Tire Place this season. The Warriors are coming off a 4-2 loss in Penticton Wednesday will return home to host the Victoria Grizzlies Sunday afternoon. West Kelowna has just one win away from home this season. The Warriors lone victory on the road was a 2-1 win over Cowichan at the BCHL Showcase in Chilliwack. The Warriors have lost three of their last five games, sit 4th in the Division four points up on Merritt and just a point back of Vernon and two points back of 2nd place Salmon Arm. West Kelowna won just once out of three games in Vernon last year.
