No Mo Flo for Vernon Vipers owner Dr. Duncan Wray. Wray who has owned the team for over 20 years has won four Junior A national championships, has often given to the Canadian Cancer society. For the second time he made a deal that if fans raised money during the month of November, he would shave his head at centre ice. Well they did and he did!
