Former Viper Volpatti & The Washington Capitals Perform Christmas Jingle:

The Washington Capitals recorded a Christmas music video for Jingle Bells to wish there fans a happy holidays. It features Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin on the bells, Brooks Laich on the drums, Joel Ward on an inflatable pink saxophone, Troy Brouwer on bass, Aaron Volpatti on the guitar, Nicklas Backstrom on the tambourine, John Erskine on a pre-k piano, Tom Wilson on the ukulele, and Mike Green rocking the cowbell.

Volpatti is in his second season with the Capitals after playing parts of two and a half seasons with the Vancouver Canucks.  The Canucks signed Volpatti as a free agent on March 22, 2010.  Volpatti was claimed off waivers by the Capitals on February 28th 2013.  Volpatti played three seasons in Vernon (2003-2006) In 137 regular season games with the Vipers Volpatti collected (13-goals-24-assists-37-points).
