The Vipers have lost just twice in Cowichan Valley since the 2003-04 season. Tonight is game two of a three game road trip for Vernon where they play three of the next four games. The Cowichan Valley Capitals return home after a 5-2 loss in Alberni Valley last night splitting the home and home series host the Vernon Vipers in the first game of a current five game home stand. The 4th place Capitals have one win in their last five games and are 1-9-0-0 in their last ten games. Cowichan Valley is the second lowest scoring team in the league with just 87 goals.
