He only played in 3 games hmmm I guess Cooke is trying to change things up so we can get some wins under our belt. Scoring has been our problem, hopefully Rasmus Dahlqvist that had a good year last year, has another good year this year.

Well after only playing in just three games, it looks like the Vipers have decided not to keep Gandurov. Vipers fans never got a chance of watching Gandurov play at home. With Matt Cooke coming in late in the summer, the new Vipers Head Coach/GM was handed a team that was already recruited/picked by the previous management/coaching staff. Matt Cooke has made several moves this season to try and improve the team and bring in his own players, but so far it's been a struggle. Let's hope the Vipers turn things around soon and start to string together some wins. Go Vipers Go!

The coaching staff has had plenty of time to pick up players to improve the team by now. Lots of releases from CHL and USHL Vernon just doesn’t seem to attract them. He likes his imports that’s for sure. He gave the kid 3 games to come in and make a difference. Not really given much of a chance. With a catch and release system, he’ll get kids to come but not the right ones. He needs to get his 05’s to produce.

Sounds like Gandurov was one of the Russians? I think the Vipers have a lot of European players by the sounds of it. How are most of them working out for the team?
