Former Vernon Vipers forward Liam Payne has returned to the Alberta

Payne is in his second season with the Camrose Kodiaks. In 15 games, Payne has (7-goals-13-assists-20-points).
The Langley Rivermen traded Payne to the Vernon Vipers August 20th 2025 for future considerations. Payne attended the Vipers training camp, was released September 8th 2025.
Payne split the 2024-25 season with the North American Hockey League Watertown Shamrocks, Alberta Junior Hockey League Camrose Kodiaks and the BCHL Langley Rivermen.
Payne committed to the Vernon Vipers April 11th 2023 for the 2023-24 season. Payne played in four exhibition games (1-goal-2-assists-3-points) was released October 8th 2023 before the start of the 2023-24 regular season.
