The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are coming off a 4-3 win over the visiting Alberni Valley Bulldogs Friday are now tied in points with the Merritt Centennials & West Kelowna Warriors. Even though tied in points Salmon Arm sits 4th in the Division holding onto the fourth and final playoff spot with just four games remaining. Logan Mick & Andrew Farny are both out for the season with injuries. The Silverbacks six game winning streak was snapped in Vernon two weeks ago after a 2-1 loss to the hometown Vipers. The Backs have won four of their last five and are 7-3-0-0 in their last ten games. Tonight is the first of two final regular season home games where the Silverbacks have won ten of their last eleven home games. Taro Hirose (3-3-6) & Shane Danyluk (1-5-6) have both six points each in seven games vs Vernon this season while Angus Redmond has played in all seven games vs the Vipers this season.
