Oct 08 2012.

Alex Nikiforuk, 29-year-old Canadian forward with lots of points in the account in his own country and several European leagues, can become fans gain to EFB hockey this season.

He will appear in Tuesday's home match against Odense Bulldogs in the first of three try out-matches, which he needs to prove its worth.

- Nikiforuk is a player, even before the season desired to get to the club, but since it was for economic reasons not to do.

Apart from the physical he has the skills, a good ishockeyspiller must have: fast, experienced, pasningssikker, målfarlig - and irrational.

He scored 64 points in Herning to get two seasons ago, and with 65 points in an Italian top club, Valpellice, in last season, there is no evidence whatsoever that he has reached a saturation point, says cheftræner OLAF or.

In addition to the small canadiers fine CV, which will also include matches in the best leagues in Finland and Germany, weighs heavily in the selection of Alex Nikiforuk as the potential our player-procurement, that he is already in European ice hockey, and that he in a short time is ready to play try out matches.

- It is important for us to get the best for the money that our fans brilliantly have assembled in. We have selected an attack, because we in Nikiforuk can get a player with great certainty to fit in the team, and because the young backs make it great, says OLAF or.

Alex Nikiforuk ought to have played in PART club Iserlohn Roosters in the best German league this season, but was repealed its contract 13 September. Therefore he is ready to travel to the north to AL-bank League, where he successfully played for Blue Fox Herning in season 2008-2009.

Spokesman for our player project, Svenne Christensen, looking to see Alex Nikiforuk in action in three prøvekampe for EFB ice hockey.

- It is good that we should now be put into the process, and that EFB ice hockey will be thoroughly for before the election of a gain.

It is great that both Members and fans will have the opportunity to see Nikiforuk play, says Svenne Christensen.

Also EFB Ishockeys chairman, Christian R. Christensen, is very pleased that it is possible to see Alex Nikiforuk lead in three matches, before the final decision on whether to enter into an agreement with him.
