Pastro spent two seasons with his hometown Vernon Vipers. Pastro committed to the Vernon Vipers March 2nd 2023 for the 2023-24 season. The Vernon Vipers traded Pastro to the Trail Smoke Eaters September 16th 2025 for forward Evan Sundar. In 107 games with the Vernon Vipers, Pastro collected (23-goals-41-assists-64-points).
