Former Vernon Vipers defenceman, Justin Elliott has landed a job with the Chilliwack Chiefs. Elliott who played last year with Coquitlam & Salmon Arm was traded in the off season to the SJHL Kindersley Klippers before being traded for a second time to the Vernon Vipers on August 2nd 2011. Elliott along with Jarryd Ten Vannholt were traded to the Vipers for, Phillip Patenaude, Dane Muench and future considerations. Rumor at the Vipers training camp in early September was Elliot was released. No official word on how Elliott landed in Chilliwack but is on the Chiefs roster.
