The Vernon Vipers Hockey Club is pleased to announce that 20 year old defenseman Steven Weinstein has committed to play for Bentley University for the upcoming season.
Weinstein, a product out of Los Angeles, has played for the Vipers for the last 3 seasons and has continued to progress each and every year. This season Steve is an assistant captain for Vipers and plays in all key situations.
Bentley University is located in Boston Massachusetts and plays out of the Atlantic Hockey conference. Weinstein will be the first Vernon Viper to attend this school and suit up for the Falcons.
Weinstein has worked very hard for this recent accomplishment and would like to congratulate him on his recent achievement.
