VIPER PRIDE

We have been Vernon Lakers/Vipers fans, volunteers and season ticket holders for almost 40 years.
We find it very annoying when driving into Vernon from all three main highways to see a small sign that not only looks like an afterthought, but in the summer is blocked by weeds and in the winter is covered in snow.
Also the signs are two cups out of date.
Come on mayor, council and the citizens of Vernon, let's show some recognition for this hockey team which provides a lot of free tourism advertising for the city of Vernon.
Then there is the money brought into the city during the hockey season by the visiting teams. Keep up the great work Duncan, Mark, and Jason.
Lets go for #7.
