Reay committed to the Vernon Vipers June 30th 2023 for the 2023-24 season. Reay played parts of two seasons with the 2023-24 Vernon Vipers and 2024-25 Vernon Vipers before being traded to the Prince George Spruce Kings December 2nd 2024 for future considerations. In 31 games with the Vipers, Reay went 14-9 with two shutouts.
