The 4-2-0-1 Nanaimo Clippers are coming off a 5-4 loss last night in Alberni Valley. Tonight's the first game of a three game home stand. The Clippers come into action this evening winless in back to back games, have just two wins in their last five games. Nanaimo sits 2nd in the Island Division are a point up on 3rd place Victoria and tied in points with Powell River. These two teams will meet for a final time this season October 13th in Vernon. Clippers Head Coach-GM Mike Vandekamp faces his former team along with forward Tyler Maser who started last season with the Snakes, will face his former team for the first time.
