Vipers' Voltin key to three-win week, earns POW honours

Vernon Vipers forward Luke Voltin has been named the BCHL Player of the Week for the week ending Nov. 30, the league announced Monday.
Voltin led his team to a perfect 3-0 week and produced four goals and four assists in the process. The Blaine, Minn. native had two goals and a helper for 1st Star in a 7-3 home win over Merritt and followed that with three assists in a 7-5 win in Salmon Arm. The 6-foot, 195-pound forward rounded out his week with two goals, including the game-winner, and 2nd Star in a 5-2 win over visiting Trail.
