Ben & Alex Edwards and the Kootenay International Junior A Hockey League Grand Forks Border Bruins are down 3-1 in the best of 7 playoff series to the Beaver Valley Nitehawks in the Neil Murdoch Division Final. 

Ben Edwards was suspended 2 games is in his fourth season with the Kootenay International Junior A Hockey League Grand Forks Border Bruins attended the Vernon Vipers training camp and started the 2025-26 season with the Vernon Vipers. Edwards played 2 games with the Vipers before he was no longer listed on the teams roster in early October 2025 before being listed on the Kootenay International Junior A Hockey League Grand Forks Border Bruins roster.
