The North West Junior Hockey League Fort St. John Huskies have
signed former Vernon Vipers defenceman Adam Bourgeois. No official press release from the Fort St. John Huskies, but Bourgeois is listed on the teams roster.

Bourgeois played parts of the past two seasons with the Cowichan Capitals. Bourgeois committed to the Capitals February 23rd 2023. Adam's father Sean Bourgeois played two seasons in Vernon from 1991-1993 with the Vernon Lakers & was an Assistant Coach with the Vernon Vipers from 2001-2005.
The Vernon Lakers were around from 1980-1995 before changing their name to the Vernon Vipers in 1995.
