Hicks Commits To Tennessee State University:

Goaltender Johnny Hicks has committed to Tennessee State

University for the 2025-26 season.

Hicks is in his second season with the Brooks Bandits. In 18 games this season, Hicks is 15-3 with 4 shutouts and a 1.49 GAA

Hicks played two seasons with the Merritt Centennials from 2021-2023. Hicks left the Centennials and signed with the Alberta Junior Hockey League Brooks Bandits June 29th 2023. 

The Centennials traded the BCHL Playing Rights of Johnny Hicks to the Vernon Vipers January 10th 2024 for future considerations. At the time of the trade, the Bandits were in the Alberta Junior Hockey League, eventually joining the BCHL January 20th 2024.
