The Sherwood Park Crusaders have traded former Vernon Vipers forward

Luke Lavery to the Coquitlam Express.

Lavery played the 2023-24 season with the Cowichan Capitals. In 54 games last season, Lavery collected (22-goals-24-assists-46-points). The Capitals traded Lavery to Sherwood Park June 26th 2024.

Lavery played parts of two seasons in Vernon from 2021-2022. The Nanaimo Clippers traded Talon Zakall and Luke Lavery to the Vernon Vipers November 30th 2021 for Desmond Johnson, Nick Remissong, Braden Smith and future considerations. The Vernon Vipers traded Luke Lavery, Kobe Verbicky and future considerations to the Cowichan Capitals November 3rd 2022 for Connor Elliott. In 48 games with the Vernon Vipers, Lavery collected (6-goals-10-assists-16-points).
