Ex Vipers D-Man Stephenson Commits To Wentworth Institute Of Technology:

Former Vernon Vipers defenceman Carter Stephenson has committed to Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Stephenson split last season between the Langley Rivermen & Nanaimo Clippers. The Rivermen traded Stephenson to Nanaimo October 5th 2018. In 6 games with the Rivermen, Stephenson collected (1-goal-2-assists-3-points). In 34 games with the Clippers, Stephenson collected (3-goals-9-assists-12-points).

Stephenson played six games as an "AP" affiliated player with the Vipers during the 2015-16 season before committing to the Vipers the following season. Stephenson played in 23 games with the Vipers during the 2016-17 season collected (5-goals-8-assists-13-points) was traded to Salmon Arm November 23rd 2016 for Defenceman Cameron Trott and future considerations.

Defenceman #16 Carter Stephenson has decided to commit to Wentworth Institute of Technology for the 2019-2020 season. Carter finished his Junior A career with Nanaimo, appearing in 34 regular season and 5 playoff games. He had 3 goals and 11 assists.

Wentworth Institute of Technology is a private, technical design and engineering university in Boston, Massachusetts. Wentworth was founded in 1904 and offers career-focused education through its 18 bachelor’s degree programs as well as master’s degrees.
