The caliber of the players returning from last year is very low. This was easy to see coming.

I watched tonight's Vipers game online and once again another loss. The Vipers held their own at times but I thought Trail looked like the better team. The Vipers continue to struggle away from home, have just three wins on the road, have now lost four straight, have just two wins in their last ten games and have lost fifteen of their last twenty one games. Vernon continues to struggle offensively, have scored three goals or less in seventeen of their twenty four games this year. With the loss the Vipers drop to 500 are now tied with Trail for last in the division. A very disappointing season so far, not what I was expecting with the returning veteran players from last year. The Vipers knew they were losing all of their scoring/offence from last year's team and didn't recruit/bring in scoring/offence and its showing/costing them now. It's going to be a very long season for Vipers fans.
