The defending Western Canada Cup Champion Penticton Vees make their fourth visit of the season to Kal Tire Place, hold a 2-0 series lead after a 3-2 victory Sunday in Game 2 of the 1st round of the BCHL playoffs. Since the 2001 playoffs Penticton has won just two of nine playoff series vs Vernon. Including the regular season the Vees have won eight straight over the Vipers. The Vees have won six straight games at Kal Tire Place going back to 2014. Penticton has won three straight, going back to the regular season and four of their last five games. The Vees have won thirteen of their last fourteen games going back to January 29th. The Vees have been dominate on the road, winning six of their last seven and twelve of their last fifteen games away from home. Scott Conway has twenty one points in eight games (regular season & playoffs) vs the Vipers this season.
