Im not surprised the Vipers traded Linden Hora or released Blaine Caton. I really liked Tak Anholt during Training Camp but once the pre-season started Anholt didnt shine in the Exhibition games like he did during the scrimages at Training Camp.

Hora & Caton are two kids Williamson recruited, I said heading into Training Camp that players like Linden Hora & Blaine Caton are a dime a dozen players you can find-pick up anywhere. There were much better players during Training camp and the pre-season who I would have took over Caton or Hora and even Michael Roberts. So this is no surprise to see these two kids gone. I did think Hora played and looked better then Roberts during Training Camp and the pre-season. I was surprised to see Roberts make the team, who didnt impress me at all during Training Camp-Exhibition games.

I dont know anything about the new defenceman coming over from the Chiefs.
