The Trail Smoke Eaters are coming off a 6-5 overtime loss to the visiting Chilliwach Chiefs Friday night. Tonight is the final game of a two game home stand before the Smoke Eaters hit the road for two games. The Smokies beat Vernon the last time the Vipers were in town coming away with a 4-1 victory back on January 3rd. Trail has lost nine straight and has just one win in their last twelve games. The Smoke Eaters last win was a 5-3 victory in Surrey back on January 17th. The Smokies sit in last place overall in the league have given up the league's second most goals in 239. Trail will finish the season with three of their last six regular season games at home.
