CJHL Announces Top 20 Pre-Season Rankings

The Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL), in conjunction with NHL Central Scouting, announced today its Pre-Season Top 20 Rankings for the 2013-2014 season. The leagues in which the teams belong to are in parenthesis.
The CJHL Pre-Season 2013-2014 Top 20:

4. Dauphin Kings (MJHL)
5. Vernon Vipers (BCHL)
6. Yorkton Terriers (SJHL)
7. Pembroke Lumber Kings (CCHL)
8. Summerside Western Capitals (MHL)
9. Humboldt Broncos (SJHL)
10. Soo Thunderbirds (NOJHL)
11. Newmarket Hurricanes (OJHL)
12. Trenton Golden Hawks (OJHL)

Honourable mention goes to the Melville Millionaires (SJHL), Winnipeg Blues (MJHL), Buffalo Jr. Sabres (OJHL), Ottawa Jr. 'A' Senators (CCHL), and College Francais de Longeueil (LHJAAAQ).
The pre-season rankings are based upon a variety of factors which includes the league in which the teams belong to, last season's results in regular season and playoffs, as well as initial recruiting efforts for the upcoming season. Best wishes to all as the quest begins for the RBC Cup Vernon, BC in May 2014.
