The BCHL site lists Cunningham as the Viper goalie in this game. No. It was Kykkanen.
I watched the Vipers/Bulldogs game on flohockey this evening. The Vipers didn't show up as Blackfalds was by far the better team and outplayed Vernon for most of the hockey game. Jari Kykkanen was very good and kept the Vipers in the game. For a team that is out of the playoffs and last in the entire league, give the Bulldogs credit. The Bulldogs were ready to go, come to play and took it to the Snakes often. Lots of odd man rushes and quality chances. Blackfalds was skating hard and moving the puck up ice in a hurry. From what I could see on my computer, it looked like very poor lighting inside the arena, as you couldn't see the fans/seats it was so dark. For a team fighting for a playoff spot, the Vipers didn't show up and should be embarrassed. Vernon wasn't skating, gave up way too many odd man rushes, left their goaltender to hang out to dry, looked disinterested in playing hockey tonight. Watching the Snakes tonight, it looked like they either gave up on their coach or gave up on the season. The way this season has gone and the way this team has been playing, it really doesn't surprise me they lost. It's time for a coaching change! This entire season has been a complete disaster!
Coach is disinterested in changing anything.. Clearly his tactics do not work..along with his lines he creates. Can't fix it if you don't see it.
Horrible game.
As usual, top 2 lines scored on and don't score but coach apparently thinks these are winning player combinations. Does the owner not see this? Pp1 always the same, top 2 lines always the same, no defensive structure. No way this coaching staff can come back next year, surprised they're still here.
You just summed up the main reasons why so many players left this team. Has to be the worst run organization in the league. Haven’t seen coaching this poor in a long time. Such a shame for the fans and players.
If the owner was capable of seeing anything he would hire a real GM, coach and support staff...
I didn't watch the game but doesn't sound like they showed up to play. Vipers have 7 games left, I realistically can't see them winning for than one at best, if any. Big saving on playoff tickets!!!

Okotoks only needs a tie or win to knock Vipers out of playoffs

This a ridiculous comment, so based on this year they’re supposed to not advertise for the next season? If you don’t want to be a season ticket holder then don’t be one. It’s cheap entertainment. You do realize that you can’t even go to a concert for the price of an entire season!
No experienced coach would put up with John that simple ! He stood on the bench with Ferner and told him how to run practice. He dictates every single move on and off the ice
Hate to say it but things don’t get better as long as these guys own the Vipers! Think it gets worse? Tom Glen has another kid on the way !
All we have to do is win five of our final seven games without Okotoks getting any points in their final games and we are in.

Choose a name, a nickname, your initials etc It's difficult following the comments with people responding with questions and answers. Is it the same person replying or someone different? I also like to follow how often fans are responding and leaving comments. I can tell who's a regular viewer and who's new.
