Grimes split the 2024-25 season with the Chilliwack Chiefs and Vernon Vipers.
The Chilliwack Chiefs traded Price Grimes to the Vernon Vipers February 5th 2025 for future considerations. In 15 games with the Vernon Vipers, Grimes collected (0-goals-3-assists-3-points).
Grimes has committed to the University of New Hampshire for the 2025-26 season.

Geez everyone is going to leave if they get the opportunity. I liked Grimes. I sure hope it's not going to be another brutal year like last year
In the short time Grimes played with the Vipers, I thought he was a reliable, steady, stay at home defenceman.
Season is still a long way off and already 2 players have left the team
