Good for Erik. He didn't impress me last year and when they announced him captain I wasn't impressed with his play but also his role on the team. He didn't show much of a team leader to me
Congratulations Erik, well deserved!
Congrats Erik, its a nice award to be receiving. I can feel for you with your hidden frustration with how this team was being coached and having put up with there attitude. I also can feel your being upset with never really having the chance to bring this team as to feeling as a team with all the players coming and going and never knowing what to expect next. There where so many things I feel you thought could have and should have been done with this team but had no control to change things and for that I feel sorry. The good news Erik is your moving on to better and brighter things. GOOD LUCK.
Congrats Erik! I thought Erik had a tough season and a disappointing season. After a good rookie season, Pastro just didn't look or play the same in his second season with the Vipers. He looked flat and not engaged most nights. This isn't a knock on Erik, as playing for a non playoff team that was one of the worst in the league last season with a revolving door of players every few days, it has to take a toll on a person and get frustrating. Wishing you all the best in your hockey futures.
