Former Vernon Viper Shortridge Placed On ECHL Commissioner's Exempt List:

Former Vernon Vipers goaltender Andrew Shortridge has been placed on the ECHL 

commissioner's exempt list.

Shortridge is in his first season with the ECHL Kansas City Mavericks. In 3 games this season Shortridge is 1-1 with a 2.86 GAA

Shortridge become a free agent this year after the San Jose Sharks didn't offer him a qualifying contract in October 2020. The American Hockey League Stockton Heat signed Shortridge to a two-way AHL/ECHL contract December 5 2020. The Heat assigned Shortridge to the ECHL Kansas City Mavericks December 5 2020.

Shortridge played last year with the American Hockey League San Jose Barracuda & ECHL Allen Americans. In 14 games with the Barracuda Shortridge went 3-7 with a 3.71 GAA In 10 games with the Americans Shortridge went 4-4-1 with a 2.81 GAA

Shortridge spent three seasons at Quinnipiac University signed a one year contract with the San Jose Sharks April 3rd 2019 & a amateur contract with the American Hockey League San Jose Barracuda April 3rd 2019.

Shortridge played one season in Vernon (2015-16) In 44 games with the Vipers Shortridge went 19-25 with two shutouts and a 3.15 GAA
