Thirteen years ago today (October 17th 2007) Vernon Vipers forward Brisebois scored three goals in a 5-4 victory over the hometown Surrey Eagles in front of 937 fans at the South Surrey arena. Brisebois was named the games first star as Surrey outshot Vernon 30-26. Lucas Gore made 26 saves in the win, while Jason Greenwell made 21 saves in the loss. With the win Vernon improved to 7-6-0-0 on the season, while Surrey fell to 8-5-1-1
