Pederson/BC Jr Canucks Advance To Brick Finals:

Vernon Vipers Assistant Coach-Head Scout Kevin Pederson & the BC Junior Canucks advanced to the finals at the Brick Invitational Super Novice hockey tournament in Edmonton Alberta, after a 1-0 victory Saturday over Toronto Pro hockey in the Semi-Finals. Pederson & the Jr Canucks will face the Toronto Bulldogs in todays Finals.

The BC Jr Canucks Team Brick Program (formerly Pacific Vipers Brick Program) has been representing the top 9 and 10 year olds players from the Province of British Columbia in the very prestigious Brick Invitational Super Novice tournament for over 25 years.

This is Pederson's second championship this summer.

Pederson & Team BC/Male U15 won the 2017 Male U15 Provincial Tournament in Penticton with a 6-3 victory over Team BC Maroon in the championship game May 15th 2017.

Pederson & the HPL Alliance won the North American Hockey Classic (NAHC) summer hockey tournament in Winnipeg, Manitoba June 18th 2017.

HPL Alliance is a collection of the Elite AAA Spring Hockey programs in British Columbia, that currently have teams in the 2010 to 2003 in our development program. The North American Hockey Classic (NAHC) Ltd. Is a prestigious summer hockey tournament held annually in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Pederson has been with the Vipers for four seasons (2009-2011 & 2015-present) Pederson will be entering his fifth season as an Assistant Coach-Head Scout with the Vipers next season.

Congrats to Kevin Pederson and the BC Jr Canucks on a great tournament. The BC Jr Canucks lost 6-5 in overtime at the Bricks Invitational Tournament in Edmonton, Alberta. Pederson and the BC Jr Canucks were the defending Champions.
