Ex Viper Forward Saharchuk Suspended:

Former Vernon Vipers forward Matty Saharchuk has been suspended two games.

Saharchuk started the season with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, was acquired from the SJHL Battlefords North Stars on July 23rd 2015 for Dustin Gorgi & future considerations before being traded to Langley October 1st 2015.

Saharchuk played one season in Vernon (2013-14) playing in 56 games collecting (3-goals-7-assists-10-points) before being traded to the SJHL Battlefords North Stars on June 9th 2014 for future considerations.  Saharchuk was part of the future considerations in the Josh Betinol trade from October 2013. The Vipers acquired forward Josh Betinol from the North Stars for future considerations on October 3rd 2013.
