Vipers and Silverbacks Make a Trade

The Vernon Vipers have traded 18 year old defenceman Ryley Booth to the Salmon Arm Silverbacks for future considerations.

Booth appeared in 10 games this season recording 1 goal and 3 assists.

The Vipers would like to wish Ryley the best of luck in the future.

'Backs Acquire Defensemen Ryley Booth

Salmon Arm, BC – The Salmon Arm Silverbacks Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club would like to announce another player transaction.’96 Defensemen Ryley Booth of Armstrong, BC has been acquired from the BCHL Vernon Vipers today.

Silverbacks Head Coach Brandon West remarked, “We are very excited to acquire Ryley’s talents. Ryley plays a hard 2 way game and will add some good size to our back end. He was a player that we had watched over the past year and we are happy he is on our colors now.”

We welcome Ryley to our team!

The ‘Backs play this Friday at The Shaw Centre vs. West Kelowna Warriors @ 7 pm for our Halloween Night Spooktacular.
