Corpus Christi IceRays Announce Official 2026-27 NAHL Roster | CORPUS CHRISTI ICERAYS
Wingfield split the 2025-26 season with the Powell River Kings, Langley Rivermen & QMJHL Moncton Wildcats.
The Corpus Christi IceRays selected Wingfield 17th overall in Round 2 at the 2026 NAHL Draft.
Jacob Wingfield is the son to former BCHLer & professional hockey player Brad Wingfield. Jacob's father Brad played in the BCJHL with Kelowna, Bellingham, Penticton & Royal City from 1992-1996.
The Powell River Kings traded Wingfield July 29th 2026 to the Okotoks Oilers. The Oilers traded Wingfield to the Vernon Vipers August 5th 2026 for a Player Development Fee. Wingfield never attended training camp or played a game with the Vernon Vipers.
