So last night we saw Trail. Tonight we get a look at Cranbrook and these two teams face each other in the first round of the playoffs. Third place Trail has home ice advantage over sixth place Cranbrook. Notable Cranbrook players to watch tonight, if they dress, are Rasmus Svartstrom who leads the league in goals with 43 and Bryce Sookro who is the league's points leader among defensement with 54. A point a game and he's a big, solid defender. He rarely leaves the ice but tonight is a nothing game. Cranbrook should win by about 5-2.
The Bucks should win easily as two teams are going in different directions to end the 2024-25 regular season. In my opinion the Vipers have packed it in about a month ago and seem disinterested or not in games on most nights. Tickets for this weekends home games should have been $5 especially after watching last night's embarrassing effort/performance from the Vipers.
