Read carefully. Every reference I've seen to the Major Junior and NCAA story states that the NCAA would allow CHL players to move to the NCAA "after their junior careers are completed". Does that mean they'll only accept CHL players after their 20 year old season? That word "completed" raises a question. Could the NCAA still have access to elite 18 year olds? I think that the junior owners would want to keep them in the CHL as long as possible.
