Spruce Kings Trade Former Vernon Viper Grant To MJHL:

The Prince George Spruce Kings have traded former Vernon Vipers goaltender

Kobe Grant to the Manitoba Junior Hockey League Swan Valley Stampeders.

Grant started the 2020-21 season with the Vernon Vipers. Grant played in 5 exhibition games with the Vipers at the Okanagan Cup. Grant went 1-4 allowing 18 goals & posting a 3.76 GAA Grant was released or cut in mid November 2020. No official press release from the Vipers, but Grant was no longer listed on the teams roster come mid November 2020.

The Prince George Spruce Kings added Grant to their roster January 12th 2021. In 2 games with the Spruce Kings last season, Grant went 2-0 with 2 shutouts and a 0.00 GAA 

Grant attended the Vernon Vipers 2019 training camp, was released or cut before being added to the teams roster in late September 2019 as an affiliated player. Grant played one game as an "AP" with the 2019-20 Vernon Vipers posted a 6.00 GAA
