Former Vernon Vipers Head Coach/GM Mark Holick steps down as

Associate Coach of the Western Hockey League Kamloops Blazers.

Holick, Blazers part ways; Clouston talks coaching stable - Kamloops This Week


Holick spent one season as an Associate Coach with the Kamloops Blazers. The Blazers signed Holick August 12th 2021. Prior to joining the Blazers, Holick spent the past three seasons as Head Coach of the Yale Hockey Academy Prep school U18 team. 


Holick played parts of four seasons in the Western Hockey League with Saskatoon & New Westminster also coached in the Western Hockey League for seven seasons with Kootenay & Prince George. Holick retired from professional hockey in 1994 after playing his final year of professional hockey in the CHL with the Dallas Freeze. Holick got into coaching in 1994 joining the Penticton Panthers during the 1994-95 season as an Assistant Coach. Holick has been coaching the past twenty six seasons coaching with nine different teams. 

Holick was Head Coach/GM of the 2006-07 Vernon Vipers. Holick left the Vipers in 2007 a week before training camp started for the Western Hockey League Kootenay Ice.
