The Salmon Arm Silverbacks make their first of five visits to Kal Tire Place hit the road for the first time this pre-season.  The Backs are coming off a 6-1 win over the Vipers Friday in Salmon Arm.  Tonight is the third of five pre-season games for the Silverbacks before they open the regular season vs the defending Western Canada Cup Champion Penticton Vees September 11th.  The Silverbacks have lost eight of their last ten games in Vernon.  These two teams wont play face each other after tonight until October 28th.

Carson Bolduc (19-25-44) lead the Silverbacks lead in goals last season with nineteen while Taro Hirose (18-32-50) lead the team in points with fifty.

Logan Mick played two seasons with the Vipers (2012-2014) before being traded to Merritt then Salmon Arm.
