Vees Advance To Interior Division Finals With Win Over Warriors:

The Penticton Vees have advanced to the Interior Division Finals for a fourth straight season after a 7-0 win over the visiting West Kelowna Warriors Monday. The Vees will now meet the 2nd place and defending Interior Division Champion Vernon Vipers for a second straight year come playoffs starting Saturday in Penticton.

The Vernon Vipers finished the 2014-15 BCHL regular season with a 3-2 loss in Penticton lost their last two games of the regular season. The Vipers finished 2nd in the Interior Division fifteen points back of Division leading Penticton and ten points up on 3rd place Merritt. The Vipers swept the 3rd place Merritt Centennials in four games in the Interior Division Semifinals advance to the Interior Division Finals for a second straight season. The Interior Division Pennant winning & Regular season champion Penticton Vees finished the 2014-15 regular season on a six game winning streak. The Vees finished fifteen points up on Vernon in the Interior Division as well as fourteen points up on Nanaimo for the league's best team-record. The Vees advanced to the Interior Division Finals for a fourth straight year after eliminating the 4th place West Kelowna Warriors in five games.
