Former Viper Voth Named SJHL Goaltender Of The Week:

Former Vernon Vipers goaltender, Blake Voth has been named the SJHL goaltender of the week. Voth who played two seasons in Vernon (2009-2011) was traded on May 26th 2011 to the SJHL Battlefords Stars as part of the future considerations in the trade that sent Dane Muench to the Vipers on last years trade deadline. Voth never played with the North Stars, playing one game in the USHL before the North Stars traded Voth to Melville.

SJHL GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK

Blake Voth, Melville Millionaires

1991 G Blake Voth (Herbert SK) won both of his starts against the Yorkton Terriers, turning away 92-of-95 shots and posting a 1.44-GAA as the Mils were outshot in both encounters with Yorkton. For the season, Voth is now 9-and-5, 2.78, .925.
