How will the Vipers do tonight?
ReplyDeleteMake your predictions, Who will win and what will be the final score?
A very good team vs a team in disarray = 7 - 1 Salmon Arm
ReplyDeletethree to one Vernon Vipers.
ReplyDeleteSalmon Arm comes into the game after being shut out in their last three games in a row. Twice by Brooks and once by Cranbrook. The last game before the break was 8-0 for Brooks and the Silverbacks took a lot of penalties including 5 misconducts or game misconducts in the third period. And their coach was ejected. Who knows how they'll come back from the Christmas break but I think SA wins 4-2.
ReplyDeleteThis will be a very interesting game. You have two different teams tonight, a Salmon Arm team that has been successful the past couple of seasons but has lost five straight before the holidays. Because of this, the Backs have dropped to 5th but only two pts back of 3rd. The Vipers are a team in total disarray this season. A team that has struggled offensively, defensively, as well as on and off the ice with roster changes almost every few days. It's been hard to keep players this season with a major turnover to the roster since the season started. The Vipers are 10th in the division/conference and 18th in league standings. The Snakes have three wins in there last eight games and four wins in there last eleven. Vernon with only nine wins on the season but have played well vs Salmon Arm this year.
ReplyDeleteCan the Vipers hang in vs a very good Salmon Arm team or will the Silverbacks blowout the Snakes on home ice?
