  1. The revolving door seems to be still open but it doesn't look like anyone has been taken off the roster

  2. And the roster moves continue. I said it before, it seems like every few days or at least once a week, the Vipers are either making a trade, signing a new player or someone has been released. The Vipers roster was at 24 so they had room to add another player. Lominac isn't the biggest kid and the Vipers will be his third team this season. Lominac had twenty four points in eleven games with the Summerside Western Capitals, so I'm curious why he still isn't playing with them? He hasn't put up a ton of offensive numbers except for this season with the Capitals. Let's see what he brings to the Vipers. Lominac will wear #9

  3. Boy that darn NCAA decision sure has created disruption for the Vipers!!! Oh wait, only 2 players left to the CHL, all the others were traded or just released. Maybe next year the Vipers can same the money on the scouting/recruiting trips and pass the savings on to us in ticket prices. After all it’s not necessary to settle on a team until December anyway.

  4. More importantly: Why do you keep going to games? The old "to support the boys" obviously isn't the reason because nobody knows these kids. Find something else to do on game night. It has been the same nonsense since day one when Johnny boy laced up the skates and thought he would run practice for Ferner. It will STAY THE SAME until the rink is empty or the Glenn's sell the team. Say what you want but the truth is the Vipers are no longer the Vipers we knew and loved. They are a team with no leadership or identity and what a fall from the top of the teams in Canada. Sad really

    1. Someone needs a snickers. Relax go buy yourself one and enjoy the day. The game of hockey has changed and you either roll with it or don’t but these same old comments on ownership , coaches and players are boring. Why even comment anymore. It’s clear you don’t like anything, everyone sucks , everything sucks and you are not a fan anymore clearly, so why take the time to comment?

    2. “…until the rink is empty”. Meantime, despite some uphill battles in the standings, the Vipers are enjoying some of the Best attendance numbers in the BCHL. Sounds like you’re getting a little frustrated that your complaining isn’t resonating with faithful fans, anonymous.

  5. More importantly: Why do you keep going to a Vipers blog if you don’t like them or go to games anymore? lol

You know as well as I do no matter what city or team, there is no chance you will see a Junior hockey game with nobody in the stands.

I know lots of fans that go to the odd Vipers game and know nothing about the team. They have no clue who the owners are, what the Vipers record is or even who they are playing. They wanted to go to a hockey game and to them it’s a night of entertainment. So take your preaching else where!

    Go Vipers
